I was an EA (Educational Assistant) at Chalmers and I know that the students there are very challenging and the teachers do their best to deal with the complex situations that are presented to them. The teachers care very much about their students and do the best they can to help them. The principal has a very demanding job, especially with the new all day every day kindergarten coming in. There will be 6 kindergarten classrooms with up to 29 in each. I can’t imagine the work that has to go into organizing all that is involved in dealing with this new program. The other staff (EAs and CYW) also do an outstanding job dealing with the daily situations that arise.
